MICHAŁ
PUKAS
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Gdańsk University. He is a member of ELSA. He has gained some experience as a volunteer in Academia Iuris Foundation.
His professional interests include companies law, bankruptcy and restructuring law. Michał has participated in projects in the field of issue of stocks of listed companies and issue of debentures. He has been implementing a system in the way of the procedure of independent collection of votes as well as has been cooperating within development of the model of restructuring actions of a capital group. He has been providing legal services to corporate entities, including holdings. In our firm, Michał handles court cases and the process of notification and registration of insurance companies rendering cross-border services. He has also participated in preparation of the drafts of social clauses within the public procurement law.
He was raised in Giżycko. From the earliest age, he has been fascinated with water sports and that is why he is a sailing and windsurfing instructor.
In his free time, Michał perfects his snowboarding skills.
