Our speciality are proceedings including environmental losses, accidents at work, accidents caused by transport enterprises as well as by fires and breakdowns having impact on neighbouring real estates. Thanks to the fact that we have been participating with success in many such trials, we have gained an experience which enables us to lead cases based on strict liability with complex factual situations and complex causal relations.

In this field we have conducted the following cases including:

• fire on industrial area of Wilfam’s complex in Łódź; It was the largest fire in Łódź over last several dozen of years, losses have been estimated at 30 million zloty,
• rail crash on the station in Bialystok- fire and environmental loss.
