CONSTRUCTION
AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Building process, financial settlements with subcontractors, bankruptcies on building market, public procurements

Since 2006 our Clients are large companies operating on the road construction market. We constantly represent our Clients in large court cases or out-of-court disputes of infrastructural construction issues.

We have about 90 of such cases on our record. Our employees have been cooperating with ‘’Murator” publishing house and advising Polish Chamber of Architects. In the course of our work we help to lead processes concerning

financial settlements with the contracting authorities and the subcontractors related to claims resulting from bank and insurance guarantee, performance bond, guarantee and warranty and also from the results of construction disasters and design errors.

Our firm participates in the agreement negotiations, proceedings related to bankruptcies of subcontractors or consortium members as well as cases for awarding public procurement contracts. We also represent our Clients before the National Appeals Chamber (KIO). Considering this area of our work we represented our Clients e.g. in the dispute resulted from a construction disaster that took place during the extension of port infrastructure on Katowice Peninsula in Szczecin.
