Our firm was involved in proceedings that resulted from huge fires for instance: on industrial area of Wifam’s complex in Łódź, rail crash involving a train carrying tanks of oil in Białystok, or fire of the huge oil filters recycling company in Upper Silesia.

Currently, by virtue of law, the General Counsel to the Treasury is responsible for leading the case.
